Soum Hussars 1812

These are 15mm Old Glory Russian Soum Hussars. Again I'm pretty happy with the way they came out. These figures were sculpted with overalls on. Which means I should have painted the pants grey. But these are my figures and I wanted them in their red pants.

St. Petersburg Grenadiers

These are 15mm Minifigs that I picked up on ebay over 5 years ago. They were thickly primed in white. So thick that you couldn't see any detail of the sculpts. I originally started painting over the white primer when I purchased them. It looked horrible to me. So I put them away in a cabinet never to be seen again.

I was stripping paint off earlier painted figures and came across these guys again. So into the simply green they went.

I'm glad I did. I think they came out great. They are the St. Petersburg Grenadiers of the 3rd Brigade, 1st Grenadier Division of Third Corp.

Minifigs Russian Artillery regunned

I bought some Blue Moon 10 lb Unicorns to replace the guns of my Minifigs. They are more in proportion to my Old Glory Guns.

Fall In 2017

I just got back from Lancaster PA. This was my first time at this fall event. It was bigger then I was expecting. I should have taken some time to play a game. But I wanted to see a little of each game going on. The game I liked watching the most, was the Too Fat Lardies "Chain of Command ". This game reminded me of our house rules when I was a kid playing soldiers with our Air fix men.
