I rebased and flagged this unit to represent the 3rd Corp, 1st Grenadier Division, 2nd Brigade Ekatineroslav Grenadiers. The partner to the Pavlovski Grenadiers. I'm sure this is the second most painted unit of the Russian Army. Just because everyone wants to paint the Pavlovski unit. The command stand are AB figures and the rest are Old Glory.

These Boki 18mm Guard Cossacks are mounted on Old Glory 15mm horses. I think Sho did a good job on these figures. He really put a lot of detail into them. They match up size wise with the Old Glory, AB and Bluemoon figures I have.
I've started using a matte varnish on my latest figures. It really has a good look. I especially like how the flatter finish appears on the horses.

These are more 15mm Old Glory Russians. I painted them to be the 41st Jagers ,12 Division, 7th Corp, 2nd Army. At Borodino according to the Order of Battle they were attached to the 3rd Corp.
I included a picture of my painting desk to show that I have been painting with a written down plan. This has had the benefit of keeping me painting with a purpose. I believe that I have finished painting more units in a shorter time because I have a plan.

This the last official regiment of the 3rd Corp, 3rd Division. I still will be painting some regiments that were attached at Borodino.
These figures are over 20 years old. Back when a bag from Old Glory had over 100 figures in it. The original figures feel like they were made of a different metal alloy. I think they have more lead in them. The figures feel solid. They also need to be filed and cleaned up . There is a lot of extra metal hanging off them.
I also added an advertisement from Napoleon magazine. Back when you still placed phone orders from paper catalogs.
