Russian Rylsk Regiment

The Rylsk Regiment was in the 1st Brigade of the 23rd Division of the Fourth Corps under Lt General Ostermann-Tolstoi. The Fourth Corps was part of the First West Army under General Barclay De Tolly. 

At Borodino the 23rd Division under General Bakhmetiev started to the North East of the town of Borodino.

These figures are 3d printed in 18mm. The files are from Wargames Atlantic digital. There are 3 different heads to choose from. So for this unit I went with the soft cap.

Tavrichesky Grenadier

 These are another unit of Minifigs, I think. They were bought on Ebay at between 5 and 10 years ago. 

At least they are finally finished.

Wurttemberg Artillery

This is my Wurttemberg Artillery by Old Glory Miniatures. I painted them with a grey primer. I tried to use an older method of painting and using a wash. I stopped doing this years ago. I would paint the miniature and then put a home made ink wash on last. This time I put the base colors on and then brushed an Army Painter wash. High lighting after. They came out nice.
