15mm Bluemoon Neuchatel Battalion

Bluemoon 15mm
This is my first set of Bluemoon Miniatures that I have painted. Overall I was quite pleased with the detail. They realy fit well with my Old Glory. I tried not to make them too yellow. I was shooting for a chamois yellow. I used a brown ink wash to tone them down. All in all I pretty happy with the color.

"Canaries"
The Neuchatel Battalion was considered an elite Swiss unit and was added to the French Guard after the Batlle of Borodino by Napoleon. They were the personal guard of Berthier who Napoleon made Prince of Neuchatel.

Old Glory 15mm French 30th Line

I have already painted the 13th Light, so I decided to stick with Morand's Division of Daout's 1st Army Corps and paint the 30th Line. Again I painted some more Old Glory 15mm. I'm pretty happy with the way they came out. The flag was a printed flag that I painted over.
